In a first step, a dynamic district heating grid model was built for the energy supplier Stadtwerke Schneeberg. The grid is a star grid without meshing and one generator location. The network has a circumference of 118 HAST and a total route length of 9.3 km. This was compared with supplied measurement data, calibrated and after successful calibration the hydraulic and thermal grid parameters for the producer, the consumer and the routes were examined.
