## Energy Supply Alternatives for an Inner-City District

With environmental awareness and a holistic approach, Prime Power Systems Holding is currently creating a modern residential development in central Dresden. Seven residential buildings will provide 240 apartments and an underground parking garage with electric vehicle charging points. The site will also include a seminar building and a therapeutic health center with aquatic facilities. EA Systems Dresden GmbH’s energy architects supported PPS Holding with model-based calculations of different energy supply alternatives. The preferred option is a local heating supply with CHP and PV systems, providing an optimal balance between investment and operating costs. All information about the project was presented clearly.
