Networking in practice takes place September 14–16 at the Dresden Congress Center. This year, the international CESBP Central European Symposium on Building Physics and BauSIM 2016 will be held together. EA Systems experts will share insights into their expertise. On September 15 at 8:30 a.m., René Unger will present Energy Performance and Lifecycle Cost Optimization of a Local Smart Heating and Electricity Grid, discussing the benefits of joint optimization of local electricity and heating networks. At 10:30 a.m., Dr. Paepcke from TU Dresden will discuss interfaces for co-simulation coupling between building and heating plant simulations. The presentations will include research findings from EnTool:CoSim, in which EA Systems is researching harmonized tools and programs for designing and assessing complex building energy supply plants.
