A four-year energy-saving pilot project is coming to a close. The pilot project at the 102nd Primary School was successfully completed on September 22, 2022. One result is a reduction of around one third in heating energy at Johanna Primary School on Pfotenhauerstraße in Dresden’s Johannstadt district. Energy monitoring and a digital twin of the school building fed with sensor data enabled optimization of the heating controls. Our colleague Tom Eckhardt was on site and explains how this works.
Press reports: SZ+, Tag24, and MAtchUP itself report on the project.
