Local Heating Concept for Haßfurt

Local heating concept with surplus feed-in and sizing simulation for a new development area

Period:
2014 – 2015

A Three-Level Local Heating Network for a New Development Area

Through accompanying investigations of a three-level local heating network for a planned development area in Haßfurt, EA Systems Dresden supported and advised on the energy concept’s design, sizing, and control structure. Predominantly renewable heat generation, different temperature levels, and central large-scale thermal storage allowed EA Systems Dresden to make full use of its simulation capabilities and contribute validated test results to planning.
